From the day we first met Andrew when he came to give us the quote I was impressed. He was the fastest to return with the quote and the most reasonable in price. He was regularly in contact leading up to and during the job.

Andy responded immediately to my request for a quote for a complete new main bathroom and en suite refurbishment. After receiving a few quotes and looking at feedback I decided to go with K&B Specialists. Andy managed to fit me in before Christmas and started the job on time. Great communication before starting regarding what I wanted and how it would be fitted, he even offered advice based on his knowledge and experience how I could save money if I looked at similar alternatives but the same spec. The job itself threw up a few unintended issues due to my house being 400 years old and no right angles any where in the house. Andy and his team overcame the issues and kept to the allocated timeframe. The attention to detail is phenomenal and the team's work ethic is commendable and no question or additional request was an issue. I would 100% recommend K&B Specialists to anyone and have already asked them to do a full kitchen refurbishment next year.

Andrew and his team have just completed my bathroom this morning. I'm so so happy with the outcome, they were all very professional throughout.
